13.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the post of Director/Deputy Director/Assistant Directors in the Adult Education Programme may be filled in by transfer by the Appointing Authority from amongst the officers who hold an equivalent or one stage lower post in the Rajasthan Education Service:Provided that their tenure of appointment shall not exceed the terms specified in Rule 6.
