Section 11(2)(ii) in The Rajasthan State Aid to Industries (Allotment of Sheds in Industrial Estates) Rules, 1964

(ii)After adjustment of the amount of rent towards the initial instalment of 20% and instalments, if there in any short-fall, such amount shall be paid by the lessee within a period of 2 months from the date of demand made by the Corporation.
