(d)Treasurer-The Treasurer shall be responsible for proper keeping of accounts of the Federation subject to the general control of the Registrar. He shall be the custodian of all books of accounts. He shall collect the subscriptions and receive donations and shall sign the cash books, all the expenditure vouchers and income receipts. He shall be the custodian of cash, securities, cheques and cheque books of the Federation and shall be responsible for their safe maintenance.
