Section 18(f) in The Bodoland University Act, 2009
(f)to appoint from time to time, the officers and teachers of the University, the Principals and Teachers of constituent colleges; the Librarian of the University library and the holders of the administrative posts of the University, after considering the recommendations of the Selection Committee and other committees, as the case may be constituted for the purpose;
