Section 137(ii) in The Orissa Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956
(ii)to assist the Chairman or any officer or employee to the Planning authority who reasonably asks his assistance for the lawful exercise of any power vesting in the Chairman or in such officer or employee under this Act or any Rule made thereunder.
