(d)"grower of forest produce" means :—(i)in respect of forest produce grown in areas as may, from time to time, be constituted, as reserved or protected forests under the Indian Forest Act, 1927, the State Government; and(ii)in respect of forest produce grown in areas not covered by sub-clause (i)¬—
