18. Power to make rules
(1)The Government may make rules for carrying into effect the purposes of this Act.(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may prescribe the manner and form in which application shall be made and disposed of.[Sub-section (4) inserted ibid.]
