8. Registration of amendment or cancellation of by-laws.
(1)No amendment or cancellation of any by-laws of a chit shall have effect unless such amendment or cancellation is registered. If the Foreman makes any amendment to or cancellation of a by-law, he shall submit the amendment or cancellation in duplicate to the Registrar duly signed and attested by two witnesses along with art application for the registration of such amendment or cancellation of the by-laws.(2)An application to register an amendment or cancellation of by-laws shall be dealt with in the same manner as an application to register the by-laws.
