Section 18(2) in The Delhi Metro Railway (Procedure to be followed by the Claims Commissioner and amount of compensation payable in case of death and injuries due to accidents) Rules, 2007
(2)Compensation, if any, to be paid to the persons associated with the inquiry, as per sub-rule (1) shall be determined by the Claims Commissioner and paid by Metro Railway Administration.
