Section 1 in The Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
