Section 86(4) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(4)If any nazul land placed at the disposal of the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] under sub-section (1) is required at any time thereafter by the State Government it may replace it at the disposal of the Government upon such terms and conditions, as may be agreed upon between the Government and the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.].
