Section 12(3) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 2021
(3)The Vice-Chancellor shall,-(i)exercise general supervision and control over the affairs of the University;(ii)ensure implementation of the decisions of the authorities of the University;(iii)be responsible for imparting of instruction and maintenance of discipline in the University; and(iv)exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by or under this Act or the regulations or as may be delegated to him by the Board of Governors or the Chancellor.
