Section 9(1) in The Orissa Taxation (On Goods carried by Roads or Inland Waterways) Act, 1968
(1)Every dealer shall get himself registered under this Act, and for the said purpose shall submit an application for registration, to such person, in such manner and within such period as may be prescribed and every such application shall be accompanied by a fee of rupees ten.
