2. Appellant by his RTI application had sought for copy of the documents submitted by  Shri   Mehar   Chander   for   khasra   no.   330,   copy   of   the   patwari   report   etc.   PIO   replied   on  24.09.2015 providing para wise reply. Being unsatisfied, appellant filed First Appeal. FAA by  his Order dated 09.11.2015 disposed of the appeal stating that all the available information has  been furnished to the appellant. Being unsatisfied, appellant approached the Commission. Decision:

Appellant stated that he sought record of Khasra No. 330, but the department provided  him  record  of   Khasra  No.   325.   The  officer  representing  HQ  Office  stated  that   information  sought by the appellant is not available with them, it is available with DC (North). Having heard  the   submissions,   the   Commission   directs   PIO   DC   (North)   to   look   into   the   problem   of  contradiction   claimed   by   the   appellant   and   ask   concerned   SDM   office   to   consolidate   the  records, and provide the information/documents sought by the appellant within two months  from the date of receipt of this order. The Commission also directs respondent authority to  provide copy of Khatoni of Khasra No. 330 to the appellant within 15 days from the date of  receipt of this order.
