Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Employment of Local Candidates in the Industries/Factories Act, 2019
1. Short title, extent commencement and application.
(1)This Act may be called "The Andhra Pradesh Employment of Local Candidates in the Industries/Factories Act, 2019".(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date, as the Government may by notification, appoint.(4)This Act applies to ail the industries and factories which were already established and to be established after enactment of the Act.(5)This Act shall also apply to joint ventures and projects taken up under PPP mode.
