Section 19(4) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001

(4)In accordance with section 228 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, who ever intentionally offers any insult or causes any interruption in any of the proceedings of the Commission, shall be punishable with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to Rs.1000 or with both. (v) In accordance with section 219 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, whoever, being a public servant, corruptly or maliciously makes or pronounces in any stage of a judicial proceeding, any report, order, verdict, or decision which he knows to be contrary to law, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, or with fine, or with both.
