Section 10(b) in The Maharashtra Domestic Workers Welfare Board Act, 2008
(b)to grant following benefits to beneficiaries which they are entitled to under the Act:-(i)provision for immediate assistance to a beneficiary in case of accident;(ii)financial assistance for the education of children of the beneficiary;(iii)provision for medical expenses for treatment of ailments of a beneficiary or his such dependent;(iv)provision for maternity benefit to the women beneficiaries:
