Section 5(1) in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Schools Under Private Managements) Rules, 1993
(1)deposit by way of national saving certificate or Kisan Vikas Patra and pledge with the District Educational Officer concerned towards endowment fund as follows:(i)Pre-Primary School, Primary School, Upper Primary School, Oriental School, Hindi Pathasalas, Sanskrit Pathasalas, Hindi Vidyalayas, Special Schools..Rs. 25,000/(ii)Secondary Schools...Rs. 50,000/-This Endowment fund may be utilized after obtaining prior permission of the competent authority for the purpose of purchase of furniture, material and equipment required for the school;
