                name and style of “AROMA AYURVEDIC SPA” at No.510/7, Kachery Street,

                Valaraigate, Thiruchencode, Namakkal District, by passing orders on the

                petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2022.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1 st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a “SPA” i.e. cross massage in the name and style of “AROMA AYURVEDIC SPA” at No.510/7, Kachery Street, Valaraigate, Thiruchencode, Namakkal District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
