(2)On such representation, the officer-in-charge of the police station shall send [preferably a lady police officer] [Substituted for the words 'a policee officer' by Haryana Notification No. S.O.5/H.A. 22/1984/Ss. 131 and 14A/2007. Dated 19.1.2007.] now below the rank of a head constable to the spot, in the presence of whom the distrainer may force open the outer door of such dwelling house.
