370. Document containing advice or opinion disclosed to be laid.
- If, in answer to a question or during debate, a Minister discloses the advice or opinion given to the Minister by any officer of the Government or by any other person or authority, the Minister shall ordinarily lay the relevant document or parts of document containing that opinion or advice, or a summary thereof on the Table.Objection to Vote of a Member on Grounds of Personal, Pecuniary or Direct Interest
