Section 4(4) in The Bombay Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(4)A secondary standards shall be verified with the reference standard at least once in every period of five years, and shall be marked with the date of verification in the prescribed manner by such person or authority as the State Government may direct.
