Section 21(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Mundkars (Protection from Eviction) Act, 1975
(1)Subject to the other provisions of this Act in this behalf, the procedure to be followed by the Mamlatdar, the Collector, the Administrative Tribunal or the Government in all inquiries, appeals, applications for revision and other proceedings under this Act shall be such as may be prescribed.
