Section 15(ii) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
(ii)Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (i) any employee may be required by the Board or permitted at his own request to retire from the service an attaining the age of 15 years.
