Section 27(3) in West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012
(3)Anything done or intended to be done by the Commission immediately before coming into operation of this Act, and in pursuance of the West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 1978 and any rules, regulations or Orders made thereunder, shall unless repugnant to the provisions of this Act, continue to be valid unless otherwise provided under this Act.
