The above three appeals have been filed by the assessee against orders passed by the ld.Commissioner of Income-Tax (Appeals)-VIII, Ahmedabad [hereinafter referred to as "ld.CIT(A)"] dated 23.6.2014, 26.6.2014 and 4.8.2017 passed under section 250(6)of the Income Tax Act, 1961 [hereinafter referred to as "the Act" for short]for the respective assessment years mentioned in the above cause title.
2. At the time of hearing, the ld.counsel for the assessee has filed a purshis stating that he has instruction to withdraw the above three ITA No.1236 to 1238/Ahd/2019 2 appeals, therefore, he seeks for permission of the Bench for same. In view of the above letter of the counsel for the assessee, the appeals of the assessee are treated as dismissed as being withdrawn.
