Section 50 in Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act, 1969
50. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution of any authority of a University after the commencement of this Act, or otherwise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may by order to anything which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
