Section 59 in The Shree Somnath Sanskrit University Act, 2005
59. Appointment of the first Registrar.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 18, the first Registrar shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the commencement of this Act for a period of not exceeding three years and on such terms and conditions as the State Government thinks lit.
