Section 12 in The Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012
12. Procedure in making confiscation.
- In the trial of offences under this Act, the Court shall decide that any illegally acquired property, whether moveable or immoveable, is liable to be confiscated or not and if it decides that the property is so liable, it may order confiscation of that property in the prescribed manner.
