Section 29(1) in Faridabad Complex Administration Building Rules, 1989
(1)The plinth of the main building shall be so located with respect to surrounding ground level that adequate drainage of the site is assured. The minimum height of the plinth shall not be less than 40 centimetres in case of habitable rooms and not less than 15 centimetres in case of stables, garages etc.
