Section 19(vii) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(vii)shall, whenever the vehicle approaches an unguarded level crossing, cause it to be stopped and after ensuring that no train or trolley is approaching in either direction, proceed to cross it;
