Section 10(2) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Rules, 2006
(2)Application for compounding of an offence under the Act shall be made in Form No. 8 before the authorized officer and such further details shall be submitted as arc required for deciding the matter. The authorized officer may requisition such information from distribution licensee as may be deemed necessary.
