13. Appointment of non-gazetted Officers and members.
[Section 9(b)] - All Non-gazetted officers as well as members shall be selected and appointed by a committee consisting of -(i)District Magistrate or his representative;(ii)The Senior Superintendent of Police, Superintendent of Police or his representative; and(iii)District Commandant or District Organiser as the case may be.Conditions of Service
