Section 2(k) in The U.P. Foodgrains (Procurement and Regulation of Trade) Order, 1982
(k)the expressions "dealer", "wholesaler", "Commission agent" and "retailer" respectively shall have the same meanings as in the Uttar Pradesh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing and Restriction on Hoarding) Order, 1986 as amended from time to time.
