Section 26(2) in The Andhra Pradesh State Agricultural Council Act, 2020
(2)Any person whose name has been entered in the Register shall on an application made in this behalf in such form and in such manner and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed be entitled to a certificate of registration and the Council shall grant to the applicant a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed:Provided that on the removal of his name from the Register, such certificate shall cease to be valid
