12D. Recovery of market fees where business of trader is transferred.
- Where the ownership of the business of a trader liable to; pay market fees is transferred , any market fees or other amount payable under this Act in respect of such business and remaining unpaid at the time of transfer may without prejudice to any action, that may be taken for its recovery from the transfer or , be recoverable from the transferee as if he were the trader liable to pay such market fees or other amount.
