Section 63(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(1)Grant for the purpose of equipment, furniture, appliances or games and sports materials or the like shall be paid annually and shall be not less than two-thirds of the total expenditure actually incurred in the purchase of approved articles of such specifications as may be laid down by the Director.
