Section 111(a) in Haryana Co-operative Societies Rules, 1989
(a)If the document is addressed to the co-operative society:-(i)by delivering it to the Secretary, the President, the Chairman, the Managing Director, the Manager or any other person to whom the management of the co-operative society concerned is entrusted for the time being; or(ii)by sending it by registered post to the persons mentioned in sub-clause (i);
