510. Leveraging additional funds.
- The Apex body of savings and credit group at city level, if any, may provide funds to lending institutions at neighbourhood or area level, which are capable of promoting sustainable housing finance on the basis of innovative loan repayment mechanisms with low default rates and such lending institution shall leverage additional finance for housing from banking institutions.
