Section 50(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy (Revenue Survey and Record of Rights) Rules, 1967
(1)Subject to the payment of the fees provided in sub-rule (2) all maps and land records shall, subject to such restrictions as may be imposed, be open to inspection by the public during office hours in the office of the officer in charge of the same and certified extracts therefrom or certified copies thereof may be given to all persons applying for the same on payment of such fees as prescribed in sub-rule (2).
