The Court notes that originally interim protection was accorded in terms of the order of the Court of 26 November 2021. That order was, thereafter, extended on 14 January 2022. However and due to inadvertence, it appears that in the last order the interim protection accorded was not extended. Accordingly it is clarified that the interim protection accorded earlier and originally shall continue to remain in operation till the next date of listing.
The applications shall stand disposed of.
