9. Defect not to invalidate decision of Settlement Officer, Tribunal, etc.
- .No decision of the Settlement Officer or of the Tribunal or of the High Court shall be invalid by reason of any defect in the form of any notice issued by him or it or in the manner of publication of such notice.
