Section 24(a) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Indira Gandhi Canal Project Government Land Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1967
(a)The allotting authority shall cause a public notice to be issued in form VI giving full details of the land to be sold by public auction, viz., number of the chak, number of the square or killa and the date and place of auction.
