1. By way of the instant application, the petitioner seeks extension of time for filing the application/representation for resolution of disputes through AMRCD.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that the representation/application, as directed vide order dated 24 th May, 2022 by this Court, has been submitted to the Authority concerned after the time period prescribed by this Court had passed. He prays that the delay in filing the said representation/application may be condoned and the competent authority be directed to decide the said representation/application in Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:GAURAV SHARMA Signing Date:14.07.2022 17:22:32 accordance with law as per the order dated 24th May, 2022.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents informed the Court that the said representation/application has been received by the Authority and the same shall be decided within the prescribed period given by this Court in accordance with law.
4. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the delay in filing the said representation/application is condoned with the direction to the concerned Authority to decide the matter within the period prescribed by this Court in its order dated 24th May, 2022 in accordance with law. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of.
