Section 77(2)(ii) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984

(ii)On receipt of a claim under sub-clause (i), the Head of Office shall forward the same to Director (Administration) who shall sanction family pension in Form 15.
