Section 39(1) in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority Building Rules, 2013
(1)After the grant of the certificate referred to in rule 38 or in the event of the certificate having been deemed to have been granted, every person intending to connect a drain or sewer to a public water sewer shall apply in form 'G' to the Competent Authority at least seven days before the date on which connection is required.
