ORDER (ORAL)
By Mr. V. Ajay Kumar, Member (J) Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.
2. MA 533/2019 filed for joining together is allowed.
3. The applicants filed the O.A. seeking the following relief(s):
"(i) direct the respondents to do separate promotions in the OT Department and CSSD Department and further direct that no interdepartmental promotions should be done; and
(ii) direct the respondents to do promotions to the post of OT Assistant, OT Technician and Senior OT Technician from the OT Staff only; and
(iii) direct the respondents to do promotions to the post of CSSD Assistant, CSSD Technicians and Senior CSSD Technicians from the CSSD Staff only; and
(iv) pass any other order/orders which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
4. It is submitted that the applicants got issued Annexure A-1 Legal Notice dated 26.09.2018 ventilating their grievances to the respondents. However, no orders have been passed thereon till date.
5. In the circumstances, the O.A. is disposed of at the admission stage itself, without going into the merits of the case, by directing the respondents to consider Annexure A-1 Legal Notice dated 7 OA 464/2019 26.09.2018 got issued on behalf of the applicants and to pass appropriate reasoned and speaking orders thereon, in accordance with law, within 90 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Let a copy of the O.A. be enclosed to this order.
