1. The present petition has been received pursuant to an order dated 01.04.2021 passed by the Ld. ADJ, South District, Saket Court - pointing out that proceedings in CS.NO. 6545/16 titled as "Maqsood Ali vs. Parvej Ahmed & Ors." would not lie in its jurisdiction, as the suit property bearing no. 105/65 Basti Hazrat Nizamuddin, New Delhi falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District, Delhi and the matter maybe transferred to the said district.
2. Issue court notice to the parties, returnable on 10.08.2021.
