Section 31(1) in Rajasthan State Bus Terminal Development Authority Act, 2015
(1)Any person aggrieved by a decision or an order of any officer under this Act may file an appeal within sixty days from the date of communication of such decision or order, -(a)in case such officer is subordinate to the State Government, to the Secretary incharge of the Transport Department; and(b)in case such officer is subordinate to the Authority , to the Authority:Provided that the Secretary incharge of the Transport Department or the Authority, as the case may be, may, if he or it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing appeal within the said period, allow the appeal to be filed within a further period not exceeding sixty days.
