Section 10(1) in The Orissa Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Rules, 1988
(1)The memorandum of appeal filed under Section 9 of the Act shall precisely state the grounds of objection to the order appealed against and shall be accompanied by a copy of such order.
